About the Role
The Construction Manager for this project will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the Civil and Groundwork package.
About the requirements
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for RC Frame construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Resolve any construction-related issues.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
- Inspect and approve work quality.
- Manage safety and risk on construction sites.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in RC Frame construction.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £350 - £450 per annum.
