What they’re looking for from the Principal Designer BR:
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
- Experience acting as a Building Regulations Principal Designer
- HRB and Gateway 2 experience highly desirable
- Ability to work confidently with clients, design teams and contractors
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
