A growing and friendly M&E contractor based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to come off the tools and move into an office-based estimating role within the building services industry.

The Role:
- Assisting with mechanical estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Producing take-offs and costings
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting the senior estimating team
Requirements:
- Mechanical background within plumbing/HVAC/building services
- Ideal for someone moving from site into the office
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Services
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
