Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for a Temp to Perm position working at our client’s site in Bury
The work will involve:
- Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
- Providing information on product availability, lead times and pricing
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Participating in continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
- General admin duties as required
The working times and pay are:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30-17:00
- £28-30K Per annum DOE
- Permanent Role
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good CRM experience
- Orderwise experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
