A leading London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its hospitality team delivering major hotel developments and refurbishments. This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to work on prestigious hospitality projects for leading operators and investors.

The successful Senior Project Manager will possess extensive hotel project experience and a proven track record delivering complex hospitality schemes. This role requires a Senior Project Manager capable of leading projects independently whilst managing clients, consultants and contractors throughout delivery.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

  • Leading hotel projects from inception to completion
  • Managing client relationships
  • Coordinating consultant teams
  • Overseeing procurement and contract administration
  • Managing programme, risk and reporting
  • Chairing project meetings
  • Mentoring junior team members



The Senior Project Manager

  • Extensive hotel project experience
  • Previous construction consultancy experience
  • Strong contract administration knowledge
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred
  • Excellent client-facing skills
