A London-based construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing residential or commercial team. This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead high-quality projects across London whilst playing a key role within a collaborative and ambitious consultancy.
The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, strong client exposure and a clear route towards Associate level.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Senior Project Manager's role
- Managing residential or commercial projects
- Leading consultant and contractor teams
- Acting as the primary client contact
- Undertaking Project Management, EA and CA duties
- Managing programmes, budgets and risk
- Chairing project meetings
- Supporting junior staff development
The Senior Project Manager
- Previous construction consultancy experience
- Residential and/or commercial project experience
- Employer's Agent and Contract Administration exposure
- Degree qualified
- MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
